Q: What is your shipping policy?

 

*HOLIDAY SHIPPING* Things are moving extra slow this time of year, so please bear with us. If there is a specific date you need something by, leave a note at checkout. And please email us first if the speed at which packages go out isn't fast enough for you. We'll be happy to send a refund if the package hasn't gone out yet. Happy Holidays!

A: Items usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. If your item needs expedited handling please order rush shipping and include a note with your order, or contact us directly to ensure we are aware of your needs.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods made from the online store for refund. The customer pays the return shipping. You should expect to receive your credit or refund within three weeks from the time you ship the item back to us. This is due to the time it takes us to receive your return (3 to 5 business days), process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refund requests received after 7 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will not be issued after 30 days due to stock changes & consigners being paid out for items purchased.

In store purchase returns will be issued store credit only within 30 days from purchase and with the presence of receipt.
